Agreement

By downloading or using Slipless, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The App

Slipless is a receipt tracking application that runs on iOS devices. It uses on-device processing to scan and organize receipts. The app stores data locally on your device.

Your Data

You own your data. Slipless does not claim any rights to your receipt images, spending data, or any other information you store in the app. Since all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your data.

Accuracy

OCR technology is not perfect. While Slipless achieves high accuracy on most receipts, we recommend reviewing extracted data before relying on it for tax filing or financial reporting. Slipless is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Slipless Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($1.99/month), annual subscription ($19.99/year), or one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99) through the Apple App Store. iCloud Sync is available as a separate one-time purchase ($4.99) or included with Slipless Pro.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds:All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Limitation of Liability

Slipless is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, inaccurate OCR results, or any damages arising from use of the app. Since the app operates entirely on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
